A draft is an article that is a work-in-progress. All new pages are drafts until they have reached a level of completeness that provides full information on at least one topic. At this point the page is either complete or considered a stub that will need more information to complete the entire page. Draft pages are marked with the draft template using the syntax {{Draft}}.
