Farming in Medieval Engineers can be done in a couple different ways. First there is Simple Farming technique that uses basic farming tools that require manual labor. Then once your knowledge becomes greater you can put your engineering skills to the test with the Mechanized Farming technique to help somewhat automate things.

There is also a very helpful table to go along with Simple Farming to tell growth timer on all the crops, to indicate when they are fully grown.
