If you are going to research terracotta you'll want to get started by digging up some clay. It is easily found under the topsoil in forested areas. So grab your shovel and get started. You can craft Metal Parts in a Furnace or Smithy.

Step 2
You can't make terracotta without a kiln to bake the clay. Search for a kiln in the general search ("
