Craft 1 Hand Crank Wheel (0/1)

Craft 1 Rope Eye Plate (0/1)

Craft 1 Catch Block (0/1)

Step 3

Place the catch block and then attach the rope drum and hand crank wheel to it. Attach the rope eye plate to something you want to pull.

Step 4

Attach a rope to the rope drum and the rope eye plate. Turn the hand crank wheel to make the rope shorter or longer. Hold shift to change directions.
